Training is going well again!

Right, after a bit of a "messy" few weeks, i'm beginning to get some momentum back with training!

Monday: 30 Minute WattBike Cycle
Tuesday: Slideboard + Leg Freee Weights
Wednesday: Chest, Biceps and Core
Today: 30 Minute WattBike Cycle (planned 4 - 5 mile run later!)

And tomorrow, hopefully I'll do either: Plyometrics and/or Interval Sprints.

Saturday: Rest/light skate
Sunday: Slideboard/Cycle

Also bear with the design changes of the blogg! just trying for a more "slick" look!
