Well I seem to be back on track with training! (whoopie!)
Friday morning, I managed a plyometric/off skate session - followed up with an hours cycle on the Wattbike after work!
Saturday, featured some MUCH needed rest, before hopping on the bike, and getting 18miles in the legs on Sunday!
This morning I just did a light half hour on the Wattbike, with possibly a slideboard session after PGCE tonight! (maybe...)
