Everyday is feeling better!

I've had a bit of a late end to the days this week, PGCE Monday evening, College open evening on Tuesday, Yesterday I trained my friend Becka (who did well!) and tonight I'm doing some running coaching.

The weekend can't come quick enough!

That said, yesterday I fitted in some core stuff (Weighted Crunches, V sits, slow Jack knife sit ups & some press ups for good measure) and this morning I ache! really need to maintain some upper body stuff! :)

Even though I woke tired and sore this morning, I managed to fit in a 5 X 1000m sprint + 15mins on the WattBike before work, reasonably intense so i'm pretty happy!
