Plyo's and Cycle to end the week!

Ahhhh good days training today!

First I got a decent plyometric session in, adding an exercise and ankle weights to make it harders:

10 - 12 - 15 reps of Box Jumps with Lateral Skating Jumps after each set.

8 - 9 - 10 of "Double Squat" Split Platform Jumps with 30 Calf raises after each set (both using a 15kg Barbell)

I then managed to fit in a 30 Minute Wattbike session with encouraging results:

I did it without the 200m Sprint every 1000m since I had a power session already today, and now I can look forward to a nice relaxing rest day tomorrow! :)
