Good to be sliding again'

Got to do some slideboard work this morning! Was hard, but felt good! Just a simple 5 x 2mins technique work, with 3 x 12 shoulder press with lateral leg split and 3 x 1 legged squats (15kg)

All that after a run (interval 1 min fast, 1 min slow) so a good day! WattBike sesh tomorrow!
