Grrr!!

Incredibly annoyed that I forgot my cycling shoes today, so I couldn't do interval sprints on the bike.  I did do some chest work, and then tried to do my rowing session instead - but my knee still felt sore from yesterdays run.

Maybe a blessing in disguise. Rest up & extra hard session tomorrow!

Note to self, PACK all my training gear the night before...
