Under the advice of my esteemed colleague, Mr Greg Deacon I will put my training on hold for 2 - 3 days, simply because:
- Training whilst ill will affect the intensity of how I train, leading to a poorer quality session.
- My recovery will be imparied, affecting the amount I can train if aim for 2 sessions a day.
- Training temporily weakens the immune system, if I train with a cold i'll have a less chance of getting rid of it, and prolong the time I am ill and can't train properly.
- 3 days off training, is far better than 3 weeks of poor training.
